At the end of an agave’s life cycle, the mature plant harnesses all of their energy to grow pups at the top of their crown, reaching into the sky. These little babies can endure extreme drought, trapping tiny droplets of water in the pockets of their leaves, and with time, they plummet from Sky to Earth to start new life.
